Based in Surrey, Madeleine Duncan specialises in children's portrait photography, taking lifestyle photographs of your children playing, having fun or simply daydreaming. This maybe at home, in the garden, a nearby favourite park or beach. Working in the Surrey area local to Guildford, Haselmere, Farnham and Godalming there are many lovely places including Winkworth Arborateum, Petworth Park, Frensham Ponds.
If your child is shy with strangers, allowing them to play in their familiar environment means they soon relax. Madeleine allows the child to involve her in their world, the session is unhurried and co-ordinated around things they enjoy doing; playing with bubbles, having a toy tea party, or jumping in puddles. Once children feel secure they become more confident and their personality emerges.
Once the session is over, the images will be processed with standard colour correction, cropping etc and placed online within a password (only given to you) protected area. This will give you time to view the images with friends and family. Once you have placed an order the prints will be sent to you within 14-21 days. The portrait session fee includes one free 10 x 8 inch print. A selection of print prices are available from the investment page.
This "A la Carte" bespoke range of fine art prints will be individually prepared and can be any size or style. This maybe a selection of images framed together showing a variety of expressions in a similar situation, a large black and white image with a beautiful white mount evoking an air of innocence, or a close up in colour that just draws you into their world. The images are taken in colour and converted to black and white, this way you may choose on the merits of each shot.
The Lifestyle Portrait Book of your child. This book can be compiled from a collection of images taken over a whole day or after several individual sessions. This wonderful keepsake provides a glimpse into their everyday world and activities and can be compiled from a collection of images taken over a whole day or after several individual sessions. Laughing, colouring, painting, playing with their favourite toys, having a snack, messing about in the garden; just being themselves.
