Parents have beautiful photographs they really value and the children have a great time, laughing and playing in front of the camera.
What's involved...
We will arrange to meet you at the school, and show you a portfolio with print example, so you are able to see the excellent quality of product and packages available.
How it works...
We supply an information leaflet for the parents, inviting them to book a session and explaining the costs and how they will view the photographs.
Parents book the sitting directly with us to avoid administrative time for the school.
On the day of the portrait session, parents pay £20.00, which gives them their portrait sitting, a promotion code for a free 10in x 8in print and an individual password to access their album of pictures.
All they have to do is go to our web site and enter the password. Select their free print and pay online for any additional prints they wish order. Parents are notified by email when the prints will be made available for collection from the school.

What the school needs to do...
Arrange a convenient date and space to take the pictures (sports hall, classroom, etc)
Distribute the information leaflets and promote the event in the newsletters, on the noticeboards.
Arrange for access and closure of the sports hall – room on the day, we need approximately 30-40minutes at the beginning of the day 20 minutes at the end of the day.
We pay you £5.00 a sitting when the prints are returned to the school. 20 – 30 sittings are possible in a day.
There is a minimum number of sittings required.
