What are High Resolution files?
High resolution files are the digital files that you can use to print as many pictures as you want up to A4 size and gift products. There is no watermark on them. The downloads that you get from the site are only available in colour. You can use the files for facebook, other social networking sites, emails on your backgrounds on your computer.
How do I store my Downloaded file?
Once you have downloaded the file it can be stored on your computer, make a back up onto a memory stick or cd.
Where do I get prints with this file?
High Street and online photographic labs will print from these files. Some will also convert the file to enable you to have black and white prints.

Do I get the download immediately after I have paid?
Yes if you pay the single "Download File". If you have purchased "10 x 8 print of your choice & Downloads of all files" the link for the download is sent within 48 hours.
Why when I have paid for a 10x8 inch print with all the pictures as downloads haven't I received the downloads?
The link for the downloads is sent within 48 hours.
Can I only download the digital file of the picture I have bought once?
The file can be downloaded as many times as you like for 30 days. In any or all of the sizes. The largest file size immediately next to the blue download icon is suitable for up to A4 prints. If you click on "smaller file" there is an explanation of what it can be used for next to each file size.
What do I do if I can't find the email with the link?
Look in your Junk or your spam folder. If you still can't find it please contact us within the 30 day period and we will gladly send it again. Once the Download link has been sent, we cannot offer refunds.
